Need better cushioning and more personal space per chair. My 1st visit - seating is a bit cramped and uncomfortable. You go to see world-class performers you remember feeling painful cramps throughout the show. This Charles Town, WV hotel is located on the grounds of the Hollywood Casino and Charles Town Races. Sitting with your back against the seat means pressing shoulders with those on either side of you. Stretching your legs means hitting the seat in front of you. Also, seating in the entertainment center is cramped and unaccommodating.
While the theater venue is quaint and professional, the casino may consider diverting theater traffic on a different route other than through the cigarette smell wafting about the slot machine floor.
Shame on Hollywood casino for cheeping out on their entertainment venue! With all the money they make, its disgraceful that they would build such a cheap entertainment auditorium!!! You failed your patrons Charles Town Hollywood Casino! I hope you correct it, because we all know how much money you make from your patrons!!! I attended once and I could barely see the person on stage because I was sitting behind a big headed man.
Hollywood casinos event center is the worst place to go see entertainment, because it does not have stadium seating.
